We are glad to welcome you in our on-line booking system of air tickets and other services. Please kindly check the guidelines below to make your booking easy & smooth:
The booking system is in English. All data must be inserted in English or in Latin letters.
You will have to sign up (to create a profile) to be able to make a booking. You can view schedule and fares without sign-up. Under "HOME TELEPHONE" please fill in any phone number you can be contacted at.
The agency accepts credit card payments and bank wire. Ticketing as well as agency's service fees are as per corporate contracts.
You could choose one of the following Forms Of Payments:
Call Me - our reservation agent will contact you to confirm the method of payment of your choice: invoice, cash or credit card, if you do not trust the Internet.
Credit Card - you have to insert your credit card details in the booking. The booking system is secured for credit cards data.
Please be informed that tickets processing is made according to fares and rules of carriers. Ticket Fares are in Russian Rubles according to the rate of Computer Reservation System or the rate of an air carrier on the day of the ticket purchase.
Please be informed that the booking is not equivalent of ticket purchase. Our reservation agent will contact you to reconfirm your intention to purchase the ticket, form of payment and after that the ticket will be processed. The whole process will take maximum 15 minutes.
Booking hold (time limit) is regulated by the rules of the tariff chosen. As a rule, budget fares with restrictions are to be processed for purchase within 24-72 hours.
E-ticket - majority of international routs are electronic already. Many of domestic routs and limited number of international still require paper ticket. In case paper ticket is needed we issue it and deliver it to your office.
Passenger itinerary receipt sent via e-mail is your confirmation of the ticket processed and the ticket number is indicated. We strongly recommend to print down and keep the receipt during the whole journey.
